It has been officially announced by Microsoft about Windows 7 is “Microsoft Windows 7 Support End By Early 2015” After end of Windows XP Microsoft personals are still convincing companies and people to upgrade their operating system. Microsoft has decided like Windows XP they are going to Kick out their most suitable version of windows that people follows that is Windows 7.Microsoft assure about Windows 7 continuity but now Microsoft windows 7 mainstream support will end up by 23 January 2015. Beside it will get extended support will support continuing until January 14 2020.

Service Pack 1 expiring when ? As we can see in the image above Microsoft Window 7 Service Pack 1 support end up by 24 after the next service pack releases or at the end of the product’s support lifecycle, whichever comes first.

This above statement means is Windows 7 with supported service packs, mainstream support will continue until 13 Jan2015, and with extended support for Windows 7 Enterprise and Professional and other version are until 24 Jan 2020. 

So Microsoft has clearly intended to end Microsoft Windows 7 Support hence they want you to upgrade to higher version of Windows 8 or Windows 8.1.They are also working on critical updates of Windows 8 and 8.1. Beside they are planning to introduce Brand new version of Windows 9 which is expected to be in market by first quarter of 2015. If Microsoft end up using other version of windows after releasing Windows 9. It will be turning point for the market to give-up the lower version of windows.
