Open run (windows key + R)
Type REGEDIT
In That Find The folder "HKEY_CLASS_ROOT"
In That click on folder "CLSID"
In That You can Find Lots of Keys are there but Not to vorry look for "645ff"
just click on that and you can see the right had side "Localized String"
In that key just Delete the values of that key and write what ever name of your recycle bin
thats it
your done..!!
close registry editor and press f5 key on desktop.
