Hello readers, Today Tech-Attacks is going to present and discuss the various issue that user going to think about selecting Mobile and operating system before buying a mobile.Today the major share of mobile market are captured by iOS (of Apple ) and Android (of Google ) where small amount is shared by Windows Phone (Of Microsoft ). This article is mainly focused on Android vs iOS that who is preferred by user and various reason for their preferences for the same.


According  to Apple’s internal research data about why shoppers bought Android device instead of iOS devices.Here is the major reasons for switching from iOS to Android by User ( Android vs iOS ) :

• 26 % users say “They Want Better Integration With Google Services“
• 26 % users say “They Want Latest And Greatest Smartphone“
• 25 % users say “Wanted Turn By Turn GPS Navigation“
• 25 % users say “Wanted Latest Technology “

This is the study that Apple has done now just want to focus on some other  point and will get some more detail overview for Android vs iOS.

Which is better and why :

• iOS and Android both are existing in smartphone market around 2007 but official commercial version of Android was launched in 2008 i.e. Android 1.0 and since then after it Android was taken over by Google and has improved a lot in terms of bug fixing and new and amazing features and it’s functionality like face detection phone lock introduce in ICS , have home screen , universal Bluetooth  and lot connectivity more where as in iOS it gives better User interface and smooth touch and it’s camera quality is amazing as compared to Android.
• Android as now taken over by Google it have excellent integration with Google Maps where iOS is lacking behind for this features as Google is old player in this criteria then Apple does.Now Apple also try to Improve on navigation features but it will take long time to get in competition with Google.
• Personally speaking as User of Android I find the defect in iOS did not have home screens which is provided in Android and  Bluetooth connectivity problem that which was address lately in iOS 6.The major difference between both operating system iOS has copyright of Apple Corp. where as Android is till open source and free and have many ROMS available in the market to run Android OS on. You can download and root your Android Device and can use whichever version of your choice.
• As I will mention about Application and Games both Android And iOS provide a high end graphical devices to have HD gaming experience on your smartphone devices.Here iOS have many HD games and useful application on their disposal since long time.So here iOS wins over Android.
• As Android operating system was used by many manufactures like Sony , Samsung , HTC , Micromax , Motorola ,etc.So Android Provide flexibility in configuration and display screen size to user and choice for handset provider at various prices where on the other hand iOS only provide less flexibility as compared to Android Smartphones for the same.
• Camera is the area where iOS defeat the Android.iOS camera quality is very good as compared to Android devices.
• Performance is of both iOS and Android are more or less the same but iOS provide consistency in performance where as in Android high end device provide excellent performance and low end devices suffer from performance issues.

Conclusion :
By discussing all above pros and cons it seems clearly that Android wins the race against iOS i.e. Android VS iOS battle Android wins as of for now but in near future what Google and Apple may come up with like Apple has launched Apple TV and Google is now introduce Android in Home Appliances support. So here Android Wins the game but what will next step of both that time will show.
